The next group breakthrough breathwork sessions will be held Sunday, January 15, at 8 pm EST. The session will be recorded and all registrants will have access to the recording for 7 days after the session.
What is breathwork?
This style of breathwork is a conscious connected breathing technique known for its transformative effects. It allows you to bypass anxious or spiraling thought patterns, reconnect to your body, and move stuck energy and emotions. It is a completely safe practice where you breathe solely through your mouth for the entirety of the practice. The continuous breathing helps to break down stagnant and unprocessed emotions that have built up in your body.
You will leave the session feeling lighter and clearer.

You should not participate in a breathwork session of this style if any of the below apply to you:
- Pregnancy first trimester
- Detached Retina or Glaucoma
- High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
- Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
- Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
- Respiratory Issues / Asthma
- Epilepsy / Seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
