On Sunday, May 19 at 7:30 pm EST, I am guiding a group breathwork session on Zoom focused on releasing stored and stuck energy from your body. You will:

-process negative emotions

-reduce anger and resentment

-significantly reduce stress and anxiety

-improve your mood

-leave the session feeling lighter

The session WILL be recorded and you will receive the recording within 48 hours of the live session.

What is breathwork?

This style of breathwork is a conscious connected breathing technique known for its transformative effects. It is a completely safe practice where you breathe solely through your mouth for the entirety of the active breathing portion of the session. The continuous breathing helps to break down stagnant and unprocessed emotions that have built up in your body.

You will leave the session feeling lighter and clearer.

You should not participate in a breathwork session of this style if any of the below apply to you:

  • Pregnancy first trimester
  • Detached Retina or Glaucoma
  • High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
  • Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
  • Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
  • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
  • Respiratory Issues / Asthma
  • Epilepsy / Seizures
  • Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
  • Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
  • Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
